Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. For bank transfer orders, please send your payment receipt on WhatsApp +923292109087 with your order number. We dispatch your order within [3 to 5] working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes [3 to 5] working days after dispatch, depending on your city and the courier. Delivery times may be longer during Eid, sales or other busy periods.

Shipping charges

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp or email.

Delivery problems

Please check the parcel in front of the courier when it arrives. If it is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or a short unboxing video. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
